What system requirements are required?
In order to complete your Good-To-Go business plan you will need a computer with Windows 95 or higher, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, a CD ROM drive and either a disk or enough memory to save the business plan on your computer.
What user skills are needed to complete a Good-To-Go Business Plan?
Because the Good-To-Go Business Plan already contains significant standardized language you can easily make the editing changes with simple typing skills and by utilizing the backspace and delete features of Microsoft Word. Your financial projections will be automatically computed once you fill out the financial entry page. You do not need to know how to use Microsoft Excel, accounting or how to build a spreadsheet.

What do I do if I have a question while I'm completing my business plan?
If a question should arise during the process of completing your business plan you will find a customer service e-mail address inside your CD case which you can utilize. All questions will be replied to promptly allowing you to get on with running the business.
What if I can't find my specific business?
We have several hundred plans in our unlisted inventory. If you do not find your plan on the Website “Plans/Order” page, email us your request via the “special order plan” link found at the bottom of the “Plans/Order” page. We will quickly research the business and advise you of its availability in a return email.
What delivery options do you provide?
We offer a choice between two order delivery options. One option is a CD-ROM sent via USPS First Class Mail that generally takes 3-5 business days. The second option is EMAIL DELIVERY of the plan that generally takes 1-2 business days. You will select your delivery choice during the ordering process. Each contains the exact same business plan documents.
